Industrial Revolution Editiorial
In this project, Joann broke us up into social classes, Lower Class, Middle Class, and Upper Class. I was a worker in the lower class. At first, we did the controversial No-Tech Challenge, in which we were assigned to go a weekend without some of the technologies that we depend on a daily basis.
After the No-Tech Challenge, we were to write a persuasive essay from our social class character's point of view. The argument was that "Technology is evil and ruins my life."
To start off, I wrote my essay outline. Next, I went through the drafting and revision process to revise my work. I then imported my work into a Microsoft Publisher project and added a crossword puzzle for added fun.
