Eric's Math and Physics Page!
Eric Harmatz is in Demian's Physics/Math class this year!
Math and Physics is essential to learn. With Eric's future career as a an airline transport pilot, it is essential for him to understand Netwon's Laws, Gravity, and the other different facets of physics. So far, he has done two major projects, the Wheeled Vehicle and the Projectile Luancher. We have also done a number of labs, such as the Marble Drop lab and the Measurement lab.
In the projectile launcher project, I worked with Rose and Trae to create an exemplary two barrel projectile launcher.
In the wheeled vehicle project, I worked with Paul to produce a wooden car to explore displacement.
In the planetery project, I made a desert-like planet orbiting around the star Arcturus.
In the Rube Goldberg project, Alex, Kat, and I worked on a contraption that would pull a fire alarm using gravitational, centriphetal, and electrical components.
My goal to shoot for is to be less stressed during streesful weeks (such as Exhibition Night, TPOLS, etc.)
