iMask: The Future of Children's Books

This project's prompt was based off of a Wired "Found" Contest, calling for submissions of Photoshopped images that dealt with the concept of the future of children's books. Jacob Harris and I designed an Eye Mask for book distribution, and since it was an Apple product, it is branded as the "iMask".

We used the same type of advertising that Apple used when they released the iPad tablet a month prior to this project.

After we finished the Photoshop entry and submitted it to Wired, we animated our creations in Adobe Flash. We decided to model our Flash Animation like an Apple Commerical using moving pages with each scene depicting a different children's book.

This project was featured in the May 2010 edition of the periodical, Wired Magazine.
